Pet Policy

Sit. Stay. Play all day inside our community pet park! We love pets, and we promise to spoil them, too! We allow up to 3 pets per home and no weight restrictions! How paw-some is that? We charge a one-time $300 pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $20 per month for each pet. 

Breed restrictions apply. The breeds that are not permitted include but are not limited to: Akita, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Staffordshire Terrier, all wolf breeds, and any combination of these breeds. It is at the sole discretion of management to deem any other breed or specific animal as restricted.
